Mistakes here are the usual reason a top-up reaches the wrong line or fails. Check every digit against the number your family member or friend gives you, especially if you are used to the local format with the zero in front.
You do not select the operator yourself. Slashtel reads the number and determines that it belongs to Mobitel. That means the prefix needs to be correct as well as the rest of the digits.
A top-up that does not go through is usually blocked by a number typed in the wrong format or a payment that was not approved. The operator is read from the number, so check the 94 prefix and the 9 digits that follow it. Then check whether your card payment completed before trying again.
