Last updated 24 August 2026. This Notice explains what we collect when you use slashtel.com, why, who sees it and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
In short: Kael Tripton Ltd, London, ICO-registered.
Slashtel is a trading name of Kael Tripton Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17177071, ICO registration ZC135439), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for slashtel.com. Contact: esim@slashtel.com.
2. What we collect
In short: Email, what you bought, payment reference, eSIM/recharge delivery details, and standard site analytics. No card numbers.
- eSIM orders: your email, the plan, price paid, a Stripe payment reference, and — from our eSIM supplier — the profile's ICCID, activation code, installation status and data usage. A WhatsApp number if you give one at checkout.
- Recharge orders: your email, the recipient mobile or DTH number, the operator detected for it, the amount, and the transaction reference from our recharge partner.
- Support: whatever you send by email or WhatsApp, including screenshots and your device EID if you share it.
- Automatically: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages) and Google Analytics 4 measurements. No advertising trackers. We do not sell data.
- We never collect card numbers; Stripe processes payment under its own policy.
3. Why we use it
In short: To deliver your order, support you, prevent fraud, keep accounts, and see how the site is used.
- Deliver what you bought and provide support — performance of a contract.
- Verify installation status before a refund; detect fraud and duplicate transactions — legitimate interests.
- Keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
- Send order emails — performance of a contract. No marketing email unless you opt in; withdraw at any time.
- Understand site usage (analytics) — legitimate interests; block it in your browser if you prefer.
4. Who we share it with
In short: Only the providers needed to deliver and run the service.
- eSIM supplier(s) — order reference and, where needed, your email, to deliver the profile.
- Recharge partner and the mobile operator — recipient number and amount.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Vercel and Supabase — hosting and our order database (database in the London region).
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage measurement.
- Professional advisers, HMRC or authorities — where the law requires.
Some providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
In short: Order records 6 years (tax). Recipient numbers 13 months. Support 12 months.
Order records (email, plan, amounts, references) for 6 years. Recharge recipient numbers for 13 months, covering our partner's dispute window. Support conversations for 12 months. Analytics per Google's default (14 months). You can ask for earlier deletion; we comply unless a legal reason prevents it.
6. Your rights
In short: Access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port. Email us; reply within a month; ICO if unhappy.

7. Cookies
In short: Only what the site needs plus Google Analytics. No ad cookies.
We set a currency preference, a session cookie and Google Analytics cookies. Block analytics in your browser or with a standard blocker; the site works without them.
8. Security
In short: Encrypted in transit and at rest; access-controlled; incidents reported as the law requires.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and audit logs. No system is completely secure; we will notify you and regulators of qualifying incidents as the law requires.
9. Children
Our services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
10. Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
Questions: esim@slashtel.com
Questions, answered
Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and a transaction reference, never your full card number.
Why do you need the recipient's phone number for a recharge?
It is the only way to deliver the credit. It goes to our recharge partner and the operator for that purpose and is kept with the order record for reconciliation.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Email esim@slashtel.com from the address you used to order. We delete or anonymise within 30 days unless we must keep it for tax or fraud reasons.
