Why you can trust Slashtel

A registered UK company, payments your bank confirms, a receipt for every order and real people on WhatsApp seven days a week. Here is how it all works, so you know exactly what to expect.

Delivered in minutes
Top-ups usually land on the phone within a minute. eSIM QR codes arrive by email within minutes, ready to install before you fly.
Almost every order lands first time
We check with the operator that the number and amount will be accepted before you pay, so top-ups go through first time.
Real people, wherever you are
WhatsApp and email seven days a week. Replies come from our own team, not a call centre, in your language where we can.
You only pay with your bank's OK
Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card your bank confirms, on Stripe's secure page. We never see or keep your card number.
A registered UK company
Kael Tripton Ltd, company number 17177071 at Companies House, registered with the ICO for data protection.
Prices you can rely on
The price on the page is the price at checkout, with nothing added. Add the same eSIM plan again and the Slashtel Promise keeps your first price.

Who we are

Slashtel is a trading name of Kael Tripton Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17177071. The registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, and the director is Poonam Tripathi. All of this is on the public register at Companies House, so you can check it yourself before you buy. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office for data protection, registration number ZC135439.

How payment works

Card payments are taken on Stripe's secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards your bank confirms, so a payment only goes through when your own bank has approved it. The price you see on the plan is the price you pay at checkout, with nothing added at the last step.

What you get after paying

If something goes wrong

If an operator does not accept a top-up after you have paid, nothing is sent again automatically. The order is held and a person checks it with the operator, so the same top-up can never go out twice by mistake. Every order reference is unique for the same reason.

You can reach us on WhatsApp or at esim@slashtel.com, seven days a week. Replies come from our own team, not a call centre, and we answer in your language where we can. Our customer policy and terms are written in plain English.

Prices you can rely on

Prices on every page come straight from our checkout, so what you read is what you pay. With the Slashtel Promise, adding the same eSIM plan again never costs more than you first paid while that eSIM is active.
