About Slashtel — Kael Tripton Ltd eSIM & Recharge

Last checked: August 2026

You are thinking about paying a company you found online. Before you hand over your card details, you want to know who you are dealing with. Fair enough. Here is exactly who we are.

Who we are

Slashtel is a trading name of Kael Tripton Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our Company Number is 17177071. We are based in London, UK. You can look us up on the Companies House register to confirm we exist and are in good standing.

We started Slashtel for a specific reason: the India-to-UK corridor. Every September and January, thousands of Indian students land in the UK. They need data immediately, but they do not have a UK bank account, a UK address, or a UK SIM card. They do have a phone that supports eSIM and a card that works internationally.

We built Slashtel to solve that. You buy a UK eSIM before you fly, install the QR code on Wi-Fi at home, and your data starts when you land. No postcode check, no credit check, no address verification.

The same logic applies to our India recharge service. NRIs keep Indian prepaid numbers alive for bank OTPs. We let you top up Airtel, Jio, Vi, or BSNL from abroad, paid by card, delivered instantly.

What we do not do: lock you into contracts, charge hidden fees, or make you call a support line that never answers. Every plan is prepaid. Every price is shown upfront. The £0.49 recharge fee appears before you confirm payment, not after.

Our suppliers

We do not own mobile towers. Nobody in the eSIM business does. We work with tier-1 wholesale eSIM partners who have direct agreements with operators in over 300 destinations. That is how we can offer a UK 5GB plan from $6.29 while a major UK network sells the same data for three times the price.

Our partners are the same wholesalers used by the big travel eSIM brands. You get local network quality at wholesale rates, without the retail markup.

Contact

If you have a question before you buy, or a problem after, we are reachable.

Unused eSIMs are refunded on request. Installed eSIMs are final, because the data is already provisioned. Recharges are irreversible once delivered to the operator.
