Running low mid-trip? Open Add data with your order reference and email.
Pick the same plan again. It costs no more than you first paid, even if our price has gone up since. If it has gone down, you pay less.
No new QR, no reinstall. The data lands on the eSIM already in your phone.

The small print, in plain words

It covers travel eSIM data plans, not mobile recharges.
Same plan means the same data and the same number of days, on the same eSIM, while that eSIM is active.
If a network cost ever rises too far to hold your price, you see the new price before you pay.

Questions

What is the Slashtel Promise?

If you add the same plan again to a Slashtel eSIM you already own, you never pay more than you paid the first time, for as long as that eSIM is active. If our price has gone down since, you pay the lower price.

What counts as the same plan?

The same amount of data and the same number of days, added to the same eSIM. A bigger or smaller plan is charged at its normal price, which is never more than buying that plan new.

Do I need a code or an account?

No. Go to Add data, enter your order reference and email, and the promise price is already applied to your plan. It is marked Slashtel Promise.

Is there any case where the price can change?

One. If a mobile network raises its cost so far that we would lose money at your first price, we show you today's price before you pay, never after. You are never charged more without seeing it first.

Does it apply to mobile recharges?

No. The promise is for travel eSIM data plans. Recharge prices follow the operator's rates and the exchange rate on the day.
