Can I use hotspot to connect my laptop?
Yes. Hotspot and tethering are allowed on every Slashtel eSIM.
Will I still get calls and two-factor codes on my work number?
Yes. The eSIM carries data only; your normal SIM stays in the phone for calls and SMS, including 2FA codes. Keep data roaming off on it to avoid charges.
Can I get a receipt for expenses?
Every order is confirmed by email and listed in your Slashtel account. If you need a receipt for an expense claim, email esim@slashtel.com with your order reference.
Can I buy eSIMs for a team?
Buy one eSIM per traveller; each needs its own QR code. For five or more travellers, email esim@slashtel.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose plans.
Can I add data mid-trip?
Yes. Top up the same eSIM online at any time, no new QR code needed.
