Terms of Use

Last checked: August 2026

Last updated 24 August 2026. These Terms are our contract with you. Please read them — by placing an order on slashtel.com you agree to them. If you can't agree, please don't order. Bold words have the same meaning throughout.

1. Who we are and who you are

In short: Slashtel is run by Kael Tripton Ltd in London. 'You' is the person placing the order.

We / us / Slashtel means Kael Tripton Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17177071, ICO registration ZC135439), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Slashtel is a trading name of Kael Tripton Ltd. You / your means the person who places an order and, for a recharge, the person you send it to. Service means slashtel.com and everything we sell or provide through it.

2. What we sell

In short: Prepaid data eSIMs and mobile recharges. We resell; the networks are not ours.

3. Ordering and payment

In short: Your order is placed when payment completes. Stripe handles cards. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

In short: eSIMs arrive by email within minutes. Recharges go to the operator immediately. Wrong email or number is your responsibility.

5. Your device

In short: Your phone must support eSIM and be unlocked. Check before you buy.

You need a device that supports eSIM and is not locked to a network. Dialling *#06# and seeing an EID normally means the device supports eSIM. We publish a compatibility guide; checking is your responsibility. Refunds for incompatible devices are covered in section 7.

6. Using the service

In short: Data starts on first connection; unused data isn't refunded; fair use applies; no unlawful use.

7. Cancellation and refunds

In short: Unused eSIM — full refund. Installed eSIM — final. Recharge — irreversible. Faulty — we fix, replace or refund.

8. Warranties and liability

In short: We're liable for foreseeable loss we cause, up to what you paid; not for network faults or business losses.

9. Intellectual property

In short: We own the site; operator names belong to their owners.

We (and our licensors) own all rights in the Service, its design, code and content. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Network and operator names are trade marks of their owners and are used only to identify services.

10. General

In short: English law; talk to us first; we'll flag material changes; the usual housekeeping.

Questions, answered

Can I cancel an eSIM order after buying?

If the eSIM has not been installed on any device, yes — contact us and we refund in full. Once a profile is installed or activated it cannot be returned to our supplier, so the sale is final.

Can I cancel a recharge?

No. Recharges are delivered to the operator instantly and cannot be reversed. Double-check the number before you pay.

Which law applies?

The law of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
