The payment adds credit to the DStv account balance. DStv applies it to the active package on the account and renews it when the balance covers the package price. If the account is disconnected, it reconnects once the balance is enough.
Payments sent to the wrong smartcard number cannot be reversed by us or by DStv, so check the number before paying. If the number does not exist, the payment is declined before you are charged.
