Ivorian mobile numbers have 10 digits, and the international format adds the 225 dial code in front. An example is 01 23 45 6789 nationally, which becomes +225 01 23 45 6789 internationally. There is no leading zero to drop, so the digits you have are the digits you enter.
Spaces are fine and so is the plus sign. What matters is that all 10 digits are present after the country code. If you are copying from a message, check that a digit has not been lost at the end, because that is the most common mistake.
