TracFone numbers are US mobile numbers with 10 digits. The first three digits are the area code. Do not drop any digits and do not add a leading zero. If you are copying the number from a contact, remove any formatting before pasting it into the form.
If the operator is not detected after you enter the number, check that you have typed all 10 digits and that there are no extra spaces. The detection step confirms that the number belongs to TracFone before any payment is taken.
If a TracFone refill does not go through, check the number first: it must be a 10-digit prepaid TracFone line. Refills cannot be delivered to postpaid or contract lines. If the number is correct and the payment was successful but the refill has not arrived after a short wait, contact Slashtel support with the order details.
Most refills are delivered in minutes. A delay can happen if the TracFone line is suspended, if the number was ported to another operator, or if the prepaid account is not active. In those cases the refill may be rejected by the operator.
If the payment fails, check that your card allows international online payments. Apple Pay and Google Pay can also be used. Do not attempt the same refill multiple times in a row if the first attempt is still processing.
