For a week, 2.5 GB of data costs 2000 XOF, and 4.5Gb with 50 SMS and 275 minutes also costs 2000 XOF. For a month, 12.5GB costs 5000 XOF and 65 GB costs 15000 XOF, both valid for 30 days.
Airtime top ups are 3466, 6931, 10397, 13863 and 20794 XOF. Airtime has no validity period, so it stays on the line until it is used. Data plans have a fixed validity, so it is worth matching the plan to how your family member uses the phone.
A Free Senegal number has 9 digits and starts with 70 in the national format, such as 70 123 45 67. The international format adds the country code 221 and a plus sign: +221 70 123 45 67. Do not drop the leading zero. Check the digits before you pay, because a wrong number sends the top up to someone else.
The operator is detected from the number, so a correctly entered Free number shows the Free plans. If you paste a number from a message, remove any spaces or brackets first and keep the 70 at the start.
