Slashtel delivers a Natcom top-up straight to the Haitian number in minutes. You enter the number, the operator is detected automatically, you pick a bundle or airtime amount, and you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No account with Natcom is needed and no app download is required.
A Natcom recharge from abroad works the same way whether the phone is in Port-au-Prince or anywhere else with coverage. The person receiving the top-up does not need to do anything: the balance or bundle appears on the line.
If you are sending to someone who uses a different Haitian network, the operator is detected from the number, so the correct network is selected for you.
Natcom offers two kinds of top-up on Slashtel: bundles with a fixed validity and plain airtime. Bundles include BASIC for 15 days, and PLUS, PREMIUM and ULTIMATE for 30 days. Airtime comes in several amounts with no expiry attached. The amount shown is what lands on the phone.
The bundle amounts are 1302.5 HTG for BASIC, 2605 HTG for PLUS, 3907.5 HTG for PREMIUM and 6512.5 HTG for ULTIMATE. Airtime amounts are 812 HTG, 1624 HTG, 2437 HTG, 3249 HTG, 4873 HTG and 8122 HTG.
None of the Natcom plans listed here carry an operator tax, so the full amount reaches the line. If a plan is ever taxed, the figure shown is what lands after the operator's tax, so you always know what the recipient gets.
Bundles suit someone who wants a set amount of use over a defined period. Airtime suits someone who prefers to decide how to spend the balance.
A Natcom number has 8 digits and uses the 509 dial code. The national format looks like 34 10 1234, and the international format is +509 34 10 1234. There is no leading zero to drop, so the number you type is the number that receives the top-up.
Type the number without spaces if the field asks for digits only. The country code 509 stays in front.
Double-check the last four digits before paying. A top-up sent to a wrong number cannot be pulled back once it lands.
If you are unsure of the number, ask the recipient to confirm it from their phone's settings.
Most top-ups arrive in minutes. If one does not, the usual causes are a mistyped number, a number that is not active on Natcom, or a temporary network issue in Haiti. Check the number first, then try again.
If the number is correct and the line is active, wait a short while before retrying. Do not send a second top-up to the same number until you know the first has not arrived.
If the problem continues, contact Slashtel support with the number and the time of the order. Keep the payment confirmation to hand.
Slashtel takes payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment details are handled by the payment provider, and the top-up is sent to the number once the payment is confirmed. You do not share any Natcom account details.
The price you see before paying is the price you pay. There are no separate fees added at the end.
Keep the receipt in your email in case you need to check the order later. A top-up is a one-off payment, so there is no subscription to cancel.
If you send top-ups regularly, save the number so you do not have to type it each time.
