A Bangladeshi mobile number has 10 digits, and the example on this page is 01812-345678. When you enter it for an international top-up, drop the leading zero and add the country code 880, so the number becomes +880 1812 345678. Getting this format right is the main thing that stops a recharge from reaching the wrong place.

Double check the digits against the number your family member or friend has given you. A single wrong digit can send the balance to a different line, and the operator detection will follow whatever number you entered rather than the person you meant to top up.
Most Robi top-ups are sent without a problem, but a recharge can fail if the number is entered in the wrong format, if the number is not active, or if the payment is not completed.
